Late last year, Dischord Records launched the “Fugazi Live Series,” opening up their reportedly massive vault of live recordings for digital download. This week, the featured show with the legendary D.C.-based post-hardcore band comes from their March 5, 1999 performance at the Huntridge Theatre in our very own Las Vegas. You can purchase the set for only $5 from the Dischord website, and for those of you short on cash, there’s info on setting your own price.
The 37-song set was recorded by Nick Pellicciotto and mastered by Jerry Busher “to correct for volume shifts, drop outs, etc. but some sonic anomalies will still exist, especially early in the set when the mix is being settled.” This set has been rated “very good” by the band.
