Images: The Peccadilloes, The Quitters, The People’s Whiskey June 29, 2013 at the Double Down Saloon

The Double Down Saloon was packed June 29 as local punk rockers The Peccadilloes reunited to celebrate 10 years since playing their first show. The night also served as a CD release party for Ten Years … A Million Beers, a 26 track retrospective featuring a remastered version of their album Rumor Control and shelved record Chaos Show put out by SquidHat records.

The Quitters and The People’s Whiskey opened up the show, and I haven’t seen the Double Down that brimming with excitement in a long time. The band’s energy made it easy to see why the Peccadilloes are so fondly remembered.
