Today we’re thrilled to bring you the debut track from Sunroom, a new Vegas band featuring some familiar faces – Samuel Blasco of Narrowed and the holy bright (vocals/guitar), Nicholas Boswell of Bogtrotter’s Union and formerly 1819 (bass/afuché/vocals), Adam Blasco of the holy bright and formerly Last Call (drums/vocals) and Marcos Mujica (guitar/vocals).
According to Sam, “The band came together when I showed Nick some songs and fragments early last year, not sure what to do with them. Thankfully, we were able to con Adam and Marcos into joining in and now those songs are much louder.”
“Young” is one of two songs off Demonstration (recorded with Mike Weller at Show Creators, Inc), which will be available to stream or as a pay-what-you-want download on Friday, April 20, on Bandcamp. A longer release is planned for mid-summer.
Sunroom’s first show is coming up fast, this Sunday, April 8, at Evel Pie. The show is a joint production between us and our good friend Holy Buddy and features a really cool surprise headliner that PIV readers will not want to miss. You can get more information on that show via Facebook.
