I’ve known Hard Pipe Hitters’ bassist Rory Child for a little while now and knowing what a voracious comic reader he is, I felt this session had to be at my favorite comic shop, Alternate Reality Comics. Big thanks to owner Ralph Mathieu for waking up extra early to let us film!
Hard Pipe Hitters aren’t known to go acoustic so big thanks for them for giving this a go. The group plays “Chicken and Waffles,” which you can find on their Revenge, Rebellion, and What Have You LP. Appropriately, we went across the street for waffles at Tiabi afterwards – which I highly recommend, especially for our vegan friends.
