Today’s video is our first from Punk Rock Bowling 2011, and it’s a good one.
At his headlining show at the Beauty Bar in Las Vegas, guitarist Stephen Egerton, known for his work with Descendents and ALL, brought out special guest Bill McShane from Ultimate Fakebook to perform a host of songs from Egerton’s solo disk, including “Never Again,” the song McShane lent his vocals to on the album, and “Tell Me What You Want,” an Ultimate Fakebook song from their album This Will Be Laughing Week.
McShane also sang “She’s Got Everything,” a cute, Christmas tune written by Egerton and originally sung by Descendents vocalist Milo Aukerman. McShane more than does the song justice, making it the highlight of a fantastic set. Unfortunately the lighting isn’t great in the video, it was an outdoor show after midnight, but it’s a good song and a good performance and worth a look.
