The Scream It Like You Mean It tour hit the Henderson Events Plaza on Oct. 22, with rock veterans Story of the Year headlining and Like Moths to Flames, Hawthorne Heights, Set It Off, and I Am King rounding out the bill. The Lost Boys Tour made a stop in Henderson last week and Stickup Kid got things started early with an uptempo set that really showcased how much they've grown as a band over the past couple of years. Hot off a tour of Japan, they played highlights from their latest record Future Fire, “The Depths of Me” and “Lost,” but their best song of the night (and a personal favorite of mine), was “Lighthouse.” I’m a big fan of Stickup Kid, and I can’t think of a better way to have started out the night. ...
