Punks in Vegas has teamed up with the Hard Rock Café on the Strip and Fishbone to give away two pairs of tickets to the ska band’s Sept. 29 show in Las Vegas.

To enter, all you need to do is fill out the form below before 10:00 AM PST on Friday, Sept. 28.

2 lucky winners will each win a pair of tickets to see Fishbone at the Hard Rock Café on the Strip in Las Vegas on Sept. 29.
