Alaska release “Bong Rips With the King of Heck” video, announce SXSW tour

Alaska has released a new music video for their song “Bong Rips With the King of Heck,” which may be a reference to Satan or possibly Donald Trump, though is there really much of a difference at this point?

The video was directed by Chris Houser with Cody Furin and Alaska’s own Nick Strader, and it features footage from the band’s 2015 tour. The song comes from 2015’s Shrine, which is available via Speak Soft Records.

If the band continues their tradition of using tour footage for music videos, you’ll have your own opportunity to be a star by attending one of their upcoming tour dates, which are set around Alaska’s appearance at South by Southwest.

The tour kicks off tonight at the Warehouse in Henderson. You can get more information from Alaska’s Facebook page, and see all the dates below.
