We’re sad to report that local band Rivalries has decided to part ways.
A message posted on their facebook page reads:
Hey guys, unfortunately if you didn’t already know we decided to call it quits. We never officially stated anything but our last show was back in March. Some things are always found and restored from the wreckage so be sure to check out Sean, Ken and Adam’s new band, Guts. Their EP should be out within a couple weeks so keep an eye out.
We actually still have quite a bit of merch, so if you’re interested you could head over to http://rivalries.bigcartel.com/ and check out what we have left. If you want to scoop some stuff right now we’ve got both shirts and the EP on there that can be purchased seperately. Although, we’ll be putting together a bundle of both shirts, the EP and the new band’s EP for $10. So in a couple weeks that’ll be set to order. Shirt sizes are limited, but we do have Youth Large, Small, Medium, Large and XL.

It’s not all bad news, as much of the band is already active with a new project. Sean, Adam and Kenny have started a pop punk band called Guts and you can already like them on Facebook.
