Do you love Mega Man and rock opera? You’re in so much luck. Punks in Vegas has teamed up with the Hard Rock Café on the Strip and The Protomen to give away a pair of tickets to their Aug. 18 show in Las Vegas with 3d6 and Time Crashers.
