Vegas-based GC Records has just put out the Prison Break 2438 EP, a tie in to the recently-released apocalyptic science fiction novel of the same name written by GC founder Shahab Zargari and his brother Shahram Zargari with illustrations by Brian Ewing. The EP features two songs by fictional band Buddy Holly Knoxville which are reinterpretations of 50s classics which are based in the novel’s futuristic universe. You can stream and download the EP from GC Records’ bandcamp and get the novel from Amazon.
