Guts announce split with Scarlett Avenue

Vegas pop punk band Guts has announced their follow up to this year’s Matches Malone LP. The band will once again be teaming up with Don’t Leave California Records and this time, they’ll be releasing a split with fellow pop punkers Scarlett Avenue.

How did the split come to be? According to Guts: “Scarlett Avenue is one our favorite bands to play with. Such great talent and probably the nicest people we have ever met. We have been playing with them since 2013 so when Eddie Acuna (Tiefighter, Anchorless, Co-Owner Don’t Leave California) suggested a split with them it was an obvious ‘yes.’”

The split will be released digitally on Jan. 19, and physical copies will be available Jan. 16 at the album’s release show in San Diego and on subsequent tour dates.

Details on the tour and album are as follows:

Jan. 9 – Las Vegas @ Hard Rock Cafe on Paradise
