Today we’re bringing you a full stream of the self-titled debut from Bee Master. These songs were recorded with Ryan Ray at Digital Insight and the album features artwork by Spencer Olsen.
Bee Master is the new project from Brian Cantrell (Same Sex Mary, Bee Movie the Band, Jr Anti Sex League), and the album finds the frontman playing multiple guitars on each track.
“Being the only guitarist in the studio was a big challenge, but was also quite fun” explained Cantrell, in an interview with PunksInVegas. “A lot of layers in the arrangements were improvised, and we had a lot of time to experiment with different guitars, amps, and pedals.”
The band is rounded out by Brett Bolton (drums) and Mike Montoya (bass), and guest musicians on the record include Brendan Scholz of Mercy Music and Brock Frabbiele of TheCore.
