Music: Transit “Listen & Forgive”

Reinvention is vital to longevity in the music scene, and no other band this year has succeeded in doing that as successfully as Stoneham, MA’s Transit. The band has built a strong following over the last five years with their talent for writing memorable pop punk hooks, but with their latest release, they also infuse a healthy dose of 90s emo influence. On Listen and Forgive, they channel the likes of American Football and Cap’n Jazz to produce their best work to date.

Today, we are happy to bring you the title track from that record as this week’s Featured Music. You can purchase the record now from Rise, and you can see the band this Friday, Oct. 28 at the House of Blues along with Bayside, Saves the Day and I am the Avalanche.
