Austin pop/rock band Driver Friendly has quickly become one of my favorites with their awesome dual vocal harmonies and flawless blend of pop, rock and punk. “Messidona,” originally from their outstanding 2012 kickstarter-funded Bury A Dream LP and re-released on this year’s Peaks + Valleys EP, is the song that hooked me on the band, so it was quite a treat to meet up with them before their November 17 show at Hard Rock Live to film this acoustic rendition. Give it just one listen and guarantee it will be stuck in your head for days.
